This now extends to Einstein, with new dashboards to view the impact of AI-powered product recommendations on the storefront.

New: Salesforce Order Management unlocks omni-channel

Salesforce Order Management seamlessly connects and automates the entire commerce order process, bringing together commerce, fulfillment and customer service, for a single view of customers and streamlined support. Salesforce Order Management now serves as a cornerstone for unified commerce, extending into the store.
